Is there WIFI?
Yes, the hotel is overall equipped with free WIFI.
How about cats and dogs?
Animals are allowed with us, if they are friendly and house-trained. We charge an additional pet-fee of 10 € per animal per night.
Do you have rooms that are handicapped accessible?
The hotel offers an accessible entry and we have an elevator. To help finding a room most suitable, it would be best to contact us beforehand via email or phone.
Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?
No, there is no restaurant, as a “hotel garni”, we offer just breakfast. But there are various good restaurants in Heusweiler and the surroundings, we will be happy to help you finding a restaurant suitable to your wishes.
At what time do you offer breakfast and how much is it?
On weekdays, we offer breakfast between 7 and 9 p.m., on weekends between 8 and 10, but we will be happy to adjust to your wishes. Please let us now by the evening before if you would like to have breakfast.
It is 12,50 €; children up to 12 years can have breakfast for free.
At what time is it possible to check in and out?
From 4-8 p.m., the reception is open for check-ins. If you contact us beforehand (until 11 a.m. on the day of your arrival would be best), we will be happy to enable you to check-in between noon and midnight (or even later).
Is an express check-out possible?
Yes, it is possible if the booking is paid for beforehand or when checking in.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept different credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, American Express), Debit Cards, bank transfer, Paypal and cash (€ only).
Do you have rooms for smokers?
No, we’re sorry – we are a non-smoking hotel. Behind the hotel, there is a seating and an ashtray, in front of the hotel, there is a cigarette vending machine.
Could you place an extra bed in one of the rooms?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an extra bed, but we can provide three double rooms with a convertible sofa that is suitable for one grown up or up to two children. For bigger groups, we offer our loft with two double rooms and one convertible sofa.
Could you provide us with a baby bed?
Yes, we can. Please let us know beforehand and we will be happy to set it up for you.
Is there a parking available? And how much is it?
Behind the hotel, we have a parking lot that is free to use for our guests.
Could we rent a conference room?
We have a small conference room for up to six people, up to 20 people could hold a conference in our breakfast room after 11 o’clock. Please contact us and let us know what you need and we will try to arrange that.
Do you host events or family celebrations?
No, unfortunately we don’t. But there are recommendable restaurants nearby that would be great to host an event – if you would like to get more information, we are happy to help.
